Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Divyaplast, we are committed to delivering high-quality plastic products tailored to our customers’ needs. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process and the types of products we produce, our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and efficiency in all transactions.

  1. Order Cancellation
  • Before Production:
    Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started. To cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately via email at divyaplastzm@gmail.com or call us at +260 955 9232 35.
  • After Production Has Started:
    Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled due to the customization and material commitment involved.
  • Custom Orders:
    Orders involving custom molding, printing, or other personalization are non-cancellable once confirmed.
  1. Refunds
  • Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are granted only in the following cases:

    • Product delivered is defective or damaged in transit
    • Product received is not as per the specification confirmed in the order
    • Cancellation is made within the allowable cancellation period
  • Refund Process:
    • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
    • Proof of defect/damage (photos or videos) must be submitted with your claim.
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Non-Refundable Items:
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
    • Shipping or delivery charges (except where products were defective or wrong)
  1. Returns and Replacements
  • Products found defective or damaged may be replaced at no additional cost. We may require the product to be returned before a replacement is issued.
  • Return requests should be raised via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
